Following lunch in their beautiful vineyard, we met with Julie De Sousa to learn about an important job on the estate. Julie trained at Domaine de la Romanée-Conti (DRC), among other domains, introduced us to two new horses which they use to plough the estate vineyards. Finally we visited the fermenting and aging cellar, followed by a tasting of the whole Champagne De Sousa range.
