TASTING
This Champagne will delight you with its notes of citrus fruit, apple, candied pears, but also quince. Beautiful presence in the mouth, with a balance between enveloping warmth and invigorating freshness. Thus champagne will be perfect for an aperitif.
Serving temperature: 8 to 10 degrees centigrade
