Terroir: On tasting the grapes, feeling the Harmonie between cepage and terroir and keep it in the bottle. From 2 plots on crisps limetone where pinot noir and pinot meunier where planted together in each plot. We harvest twice to get each cepage with the right balance betwen cepage and terroir.
