Terroir: This cuvee is a blend of 2 vintages of 7 different villages. 4 Grand Cru villages: AVIZE, OGER, CRAMANT and OIRY. 2 Premier Crus villages: AVENAY VAL D’OR, COLIGNY and VAUCIENNES.

Composition: 90% Chardonnay and 10% Pinot Noir.

VINIFICATION
This cuvée is comprised of 60% 2017 harvest (1er Cru wine) and 40% 2016 harvest (Grand Crus reserve wine 50 % aged in oak barrels). Malolactic fermentation complete. Bottled in May 2018. Aged on lee between 2 & 3 years and hand-riddled. Disgorgement date 60 days before going in the market. Dosage is 6 g/ liter. SO2 50 mg / liter.
