Appellation: vintage brut extra brut
Terroir: 2 selected vineyard blocks in AVIZE (Robarts, Gros yeux) with the same geological profile. A deep layer of clay-rich topsoil before the chalk. Bottled under cork. Avizoise offers density and richness, and is at the same time gastronomic and elegant.

Composition: 100% Chardonnay

Bottle size: 75 cl
Vinified by separate parcels in oak demi-muids. Wine comprised of the oldest estate vines (50 years-old) from Avize ( Les Robarts, la Voie d’Epernay ). South/South East on top of the hills on chalky ground. Complete malolactic fermentation. Bottling without filtration was done on May 2006, directly using cork and staples. Aged on lie for 4 years using manual riddling. Disgorgement was done 60 days before the wines were marketed. Dosage limited to 5 g / litre. SO 2 50 mg / litre.
