COMPOSITION
On top of the 4 single lieux-dits available by the bottle, the collection box includes 1 bottle of les Chantereines which is a historical estate vineyard located in Avize and isolated since 2003. Located on a light slope oriented East, with a fragmented chalky soil and deep root system giving an elegant and well balanced wine. the vines were planted in 1922, 1928, 1935 et 1945. The other bottle is from Cramant and named Chemin de Chalon which is a historical vineyard of the domain, isolated since 2003. Oriented South on alight slope and fragmented chalky soil and deep root system allowing the wine a high maturity and giving it development and verticality. Composition: 100% pinot noir and 100% chardonnay
VINIFICATION
Aging on lees (both first and second alcoholic fermentation) for 6 years at least. Dosed between 0 & 2 g/l depending on tasting

serve between 9 to 11°C
