Terroir : Vineyard oriented South, East & North and located -Vineyard located up the hills with 15% bedrock situated 30/50cm but no clay. Root system is grown deeply giving a special grain and verticality to the wine.

VINIFICATION
Aging on lees (both first and second alcoholic fermentation) for 7 years at least. Dosed between 0 & 1.3 g/l depending on tasting
TASTING NOTES
Deep colour, vanilla, velvet and vellum aromas and peppery spice hints. Full body but taught mineral and acid elements. Long. Very good in this full-flavoured style and not overly oaked.
