VINIFICATION

Thermo-regulated tanks. Malolactic Fermentation majority.

Aging capacity: 5 to 10 years

TASTING

Delicacy and sharpness go together in this champagne with warm and sweet fragrances.

Sweet scent of sandalwood, amber and brioche notes accompany the tasting with both exotic and tonic taste.

Serving temperature: 10 to 12 degrees centigrade

FOOD PAIRING

Spice-based cooking (curry, curcuma, cumin) with white meat and asian and exotic vegetables.

Red meat like rack of lamb or spare ribs should be honeyed and melting.
