Notes Blanches 2016 Brut Nature

-
+

The founder of the domain Emile Fleury, followed by his son Robert, both cultivated Pinot Blanc.
This variety, while wide-spread in Alsace, is little known
in Champagne, nevertheless the new generation continue
to develop its presence in the region. Pinot Blanc had
previously played a role in the blend of different cuvées,
but in 2007 Morgane saw an opportunity to create a
mono-varietal wine, with zero dosage. A rare treasure,
both expressive, and exotic.
